Animals galore

During the beginning of my spring break, my mom came down to visit.

As always we had a fun visit (although she left just in time)

We had to visit our animal friends at Bates Nut Farm

We also took a trip to the Safari Park to see the Butterfly Exhibit

After the butterflies, we headed over to the tram

Enjoying some wildlife (and snacks)

Then it was lunch time.

All morning my stomach had felt a little off, and by lunch time I decided that it was time to go home.

We stopped to see the lions (where I proceeded to throw up in the bushes with Coleman still in the Bjorn) and then headed home. :(

We had just enough energy to stop by the bats

Luckily my mom left to go back to work.  My stomach flu turned into Luke's stomach flu and then Autumn's.  And it wasn't just a 24 hr thing...it lasted like 5 days.

Not the most ideal spring break, but we watched a lot of movies & we all survived!
