As friends get further away and our lives get busier, we want to be able to still share our lives with friends and family

Happy Valentine's Day!

My mom came down to spend some time with the kids and was able to stay and play for Valentine's Day!  We headed to Bates Nut Farm to say hello to our animal friends and then got lunch out at the Deli here in Valley Center.

Grandma brought fun Valentine's gifts for the kids.

(Totally got this adorable idea from my sister-in-law!  Although hers is much cuter. Thanks D!)

She's One

 Autumn is officially one!
We celebrated with a small family party a couple days before her actual birthday.

Can't believe a year has gone by...she's so grown up!

A couple pics to remember the months

Cruising around

Believe it or not, she decided to take her first few steps at her party.
Both Luke & I (and lucky Aunt Darcy) were able to witness it!

Hanging outside

GiGi & Mammie

Showing off her skills to Pappy

After we had lunch, it was cake time.

The smash cake!

"Ok....I'm ready!"

Singing Happy Birthday

Autumn was totally unsure about what to even do with this cake.  So...

Mama tried to help with a finger full of icing

Daddy tried to help by shoving it in her face

Either way...she decided it was pretty great

She even tried to share with Mammie

Present time!

She loves her rolling ladybug

Curly ribbon was a hit

"Look! I fit in the bag!"

Bennett monopolized GiGi and insisted she read him books

Autumn managed to get a little snuggle

 Happy Birthday Autumn!

Being Silly Around the House

One of the best things about being a parent is just being silly all day long!

My favorite pic of Bennett these days

Playdoh letters

Goofy jammie time

Hanging with mama

Distracting his sister while she eats

Wrestling is a Szabo favorite

Lego airplanes

Reading books (kiss the camera)

Organizing Autumn's closet

Piggy back rides

Stand back!

So happy about his Legos

Yes, they both fit in the same stroller

These kids sure are FUN!
