Reunion

Earlier this month we had a college girls reunion.  It was SO fun!  There were 9 of us: 2 from Nor Cal, 2 from Bako, 2 on the Central coast already, and 3 from down south.  It was great to catch up with everyone as we all got away from the hubbies & kiddos for a girls weekend!

I hitched a ride with Becky & Julie (the So. Cal girls) and started the weekend off with some shopping on State St. in Santa Barbara.

Then it was off to Firestone Walker Brewery in Buelton.
We met up with Cody & Monique there for some delicious food!

The 5 of us stayed at Cody's house in Santa Maria.  We slept in the next morning & went to a nice park with trails everywhere.  Some of us ran & some of us walked the trails. (I won't tell you which one I did!)  Quick showers & then it was off to San Luis Obispo...the old stompin' grounds.

It was time to head to Avila & check into our SWEET place!



 We jumped in the pool & then headed out.
Sunset walk on the pier, dinner at Custom House (I used to work there in college), and drinks at Rick's.  All three were within steps from our hotel.

The next morning we SLEPT IN!!!

The hotel had an AMAZING continental breakfast complete with yummy coffee & Belgian waffles with strawberries on top.

Then it was more walking, talking, showers, & home.

Sad to say goodbye....but we plan to do this yearly!

Haircut

It was time.
 

We hadn't cut Bennett's hair since Autumn was born.  

We decided since it was the first (and probably only) time we had spent money on a haircut, we would do it right.
