As friends get further away and our lives get busier, we want to be able to still share our lives with friends and family

Szabo photo shoot

This month brought one Szabo back to CA and one Szabo moving away from CA.
What are the chances!?!

Wyley & Brittany finally moved back from Wisconsin!  Yay!  They now have a beautiful little girl, Violet, who we finally got to meet.  Such a smiley little lady.

Mark & Timarie were down with the kids one last time before they headed off to move to Iowa.  We will sure miss them!

We all went to Violet's baby dedication at church and then headed to the boat for some family pictures.

The Monster Mash

Evan & Desi had a super fun Halloween party at their house.  It is always fun to get the kids together & who doesn't like a Halloween party?  They had festive decorations, games, food,  drinks, and fun.  Thanks Swansons!

I dressed up as Juno (although only one person could place it...not as fun when you have to explain your costume) and Luke (not pictured) was a COX employee.  :)

Always a fun time with friends!  Love you guys!

Bates Nut Farm - Take 1

We always go to Bates Nut Farm, but this was our first trip to the pumpkin patch this year.  We always go a few times each October.  This time we went on a weekend so we could see the fanfare, chaos, and crowds complete with all the fun booths, hayrides, and games.  We went with Jordy, Darcy, and Jolie.  Always a good time!

Best friends

When asked who their best friend is, both of our children say each other.
Autumn actually responded right away and yelled "B" (our impulsive little lady) with a big smile.
Bennett had to think about it awhile and asked a few clarifying questions (our calculated little man) before he then replied, "Auttie."  So hilarious!
I don't know if they really understand the phrase "best friend" but I still love it.
We are pretty sure that the dynamic between them will change eventually.  Adding #3 kid to the mix.  Bennett will start school.  They'll notice the whole boy/girl thing.  But for now, we are soaking it up.

With Autumn getting older now, they rarely leave each other's side...

Her new, improved smile

Autumn is now very aware of the camera and that you are supposed to smile for pictures.
What she doesn't know is that her "smile" doesn't quite look like a smile yet.
It cracks us up!
