In September, Bennett started going to AWANA at Valley Center Community Church.
He loves it!
He is a "Cubby", which are the 3 & 4 year olds. They meet for an hour and a half every Monday night. They sing songs, do crafts, color, eat snacks, and best of all, learn about the Bible. They have homework each week that we do with him and then he has a Bible verse to memorize. He has already grown lots in his knowledge of the Bible and his understanding of Jesus. He has quite a knack for memorizing his verses and loves getting his stamps (for bringing his Bible), stickers (for doing his homework and reciting his verse), and patches (for completing sections in his workbook) to put on his vest.
We are so thankful for Bennett's desire to learn God's Word and grow in Christ.
