We finally have it finished: our vegetable garden
We have wanted to do this since we moved in to the house over 3 years ago, but our yard is a work in progress. We focused on the weeds, then the pond, then the weeds, then the roses, then the weeds, then the fruit trees, then the weeds, and now this!
We have been slowly getting ready throughout the last 6 months or so and now that spring is here, it was planting time.
We planted strawberries, cucumbers, carrots, green string beans, snap beans, chives, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, hot banana peppers, sweet yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers, and corn.

How fun! I am so excited for you! And props for Luke, what a beautiful planter box-complete with the fun steps too! I hope you have a green thumb too, then all that hard work will not go to waste! (I may be talking from experience-I'm so jealous of the green thumbers!!)
ReplyDeleteLooks good. I hope it works better than the one I built for Jess. Her's was just a mass grave. What's with the Mason symbol on the front of the gate?
